When you join the Trenofy waitlist, we collect your email address. We also record when your signup was created and that it came from the landing page.

Providing an email address is voluntary, but it is necessary to join the waitlist. Without it, we cannot provide the waitlist service.

We use this information to manage the waitlist and send you Trenofy launch and early-access updates by email. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give when you select the consent checkbox and submit the waitlist form.

We keep your waitlist data until you withdraw your consent, the waitlist is closed, or the data is no longer necessary for waitlist and launch communication, whichever happens first.

Where necessary to operate the website and communicate with you, waitlist data may be processed by providers of hosting, infrastructure and email services on our behalf.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew consent.

You may request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, or restriction of processing, where applicable. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych — UODO).

We do not use waitlist data for automated decision-making or profiling.
